Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review the following before booking your session: Deposits A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your session date and time. Your remaining balance is due 24 hours before or at your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Weather & Pet Safety For outdoor sessions, we monitor weather closely. If unsafe conditions arise (extreme heat, storms), we’ll reschedule at no additional cost. Pet Behavior Please ensure your pet is comfortable in outdoor settings and on a leash (or securely contained). If safety or behavior becomes a concern during the session, it may be shortened or rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.
